“Something as valuable as your memory is worth protecting with intention.” – Dr. A
Most of the women I work with don’t come to me because something is obviously wrong.
They come because something feels different.
Subtle changes in memory. A loss of sharpness. Difficulty focusing in ways that weren’t there before. Not enough to be taken seriously in a traditional setting, but enough to know something isn’t quite right.
And more importantly, they’re not willing to wait for it to get worse.
That’s where I do my best work.
I’m a Doctor of Pharmacy trained as a clinical pharmacist, and I began my career in large hospital systems, focusing on brain health. That experience gave me a clear understanding of how care is typically delivered and where it falls short, especially regarding cognitive health.
What I saw repeatedly was this: care is often designed to respond only after problems become measurable, rather than to identify and address what’s driving them beforehand. And in the case of cognitive health, that delay matters.
By the time changes are obvious or diagnosable, the window for optimal intervention has often already narrowed.
Over time, it became clear that many women, especially those who were still high-functioning, were not being offered the level of individualized insight or guidance their situation required. Their concerns were often minimized, delayed, or addressed only when they became more difficult to reverse.
So I built a different model.
My work is grounded in the belief that cognitive performance should be understood and protected long before decline becomes obvious. That requires a deeper level of investigation into genetics, biomarkers, and how systems interact over time, not just isolated symptoms.
It also requires a different kind of relationship.
I work with a limited number of clients each year, allowing for a level of depth, continuity, and discretion that simply isn’t possible in traditional models of care. This is not episodic or reactive; it’s a long-term, strategic partnership designed to support clarity, focus, and cognitive resilience over time.
If you’re here, you likely already understand the value of thinking ahead and of doing things at a higher standard. If this sounds like a good fit for you, I encourage you to take the next step by requesting a consultation below.
